The emphasis of Mr. Graham's current practice is civil and criminal environmental litigation. He is part of a team that serves as Special Counsel to the State of New Jersey in pursuing remediation costs and other damages associated with the Passaic River. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for Harris County, Texas where he served in the Trial Bureau and Environmental Crimes Division. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Graham tried a wide variety of lawsuits and prosecuted hundreds of individuals and business entities for criminal violations of the Texas Water Code and Health and Safety Code.
Professional Background
Prior to joining Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs in January of 2011, Mr. Graham was a prosecutor in Harris County, Texas. Mr. Graham received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2005. During law school, he clerked at a firm focused on commercial litigation and held a judicial externship in the Juzgado Séptimo Civil in Cuernavaca, Morelos.
Mr. Graham received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001. He has participated in several language study programs in Portugal and Spain and was an American Field Service exchange student in Quito, Ecuador in 1995-1996.
